An Iubenda alternative for teams who only need the consent half
All-in-one compliance suites bundle a lot together: privacy policy generators, terms generators, cookie consent, a consent database. If you bought the bundle and only the cookie part gets opened, you're paying for shelf space.
One Privacy does the consent part and nothing else. Scan the site, ask visitors properly by region, keep records you can hand an auditor.
Work out which half you actually use
Open your billing page and your dashboard side by side. If the policy generator has not been touched since the year you set it up, and the consent screen is where you go every month, that tells you what you are really buying.
Generated documents also age. A policy written against your stack two years ago becomes a liability once the stack has moved on, and no tool refreshes that judgment for you.
What a focused consent tool gives you back
Scanning that runs on a schedule, so the cookie list reflects the site as it is now rather than as it was at signup. Third-party cookies that arrived with an embed get found whether or not anyone remembers adding it.
Region rules per visitor instead of one banner applied everywhere. Applying the strictest rule globally is the usual shortcut, and it quietly costs you analytics coverage in markets that never asked for it.
Consent records tied to the banner version and the exact categories on offer at the time, exportable on demand.
Keep the suite if the documents earn their keep
If the privacy policy and terms generators are doing real work and you want them maintained in one place, keep them. We do not generate legal documents and are not trying to.
Plenty of teams run both: a document tool for the policies, a consent tool for the banner. It is a reasonable setup, and it usually costs less than the bundle did.
What consent has to do, whichever tool you pick
Consent has to be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, which rules out pre-ticked boxes and "by continuing you agree". Withdrawing it has to be as easy as giving it, so visitors need a way back into the banner.
And you have to be able to show consent was given. That is a record-keeping job more than a design one, so look at what the export actually contains before you commit to anything.

Frequently asked questions
Does One Privacy generate a privacy policy?
No. We do consent: scanning, banners, region rules and records. If you need generated policies, keep a document tool for that part.
Can I run both tools together?
Yes, and people do. Keep the document tool for the policies and point the banner at One Privacy. Just make sure only one consent script is live, or your visitors get two banners.
What happens to consent collected by the old tool?
Export it and keep it. Records you already hold stay valid for the period they cover, and our log starts from install.
Does it cover more than GDPR?
Templates and region rules ship for GDPR, CCPA, DPDP and LGPD, and Global Privacy Control signals are honoured automatically.
